Dabei konnte Berlin bei den Fertigstellungen von Wohnungen im Jahr 2022 noch von den g\u00fcnstigeren Markt- und Finanzierungsbedingungen der letzten Jahre profitieren. Diese sind jedoch leider Geschichte, der Senat hat alle Chancen vertan. Fakt ist: Bis 2040 werden 272.000 neue Wohnungen gebraucht. Und was f\u00e4llt dem Berliner Senat ein? Regulieren und enteignen, bis der Neubau v\u00f6llig zum Erliegen kommt. Wenn sich die Wohnungspolitik nicht radikal \u00e4ndert, werden Wohnraumknappheit, Inflation und Kostensteigerungen die Mieten in Berlin immer weiter belasten. Berlin braucht eine Neubauoffensive in allen Segmenten und einen Senat, der Kostensteigerungen durch ein gr\u00f6\u00dferes Angebot und eine wirksame Entlastung bei den stark steigenden Nebenkosten entgegenwirkt.
