Auch wenn die Aufarbeitung noch andauert, ist es richtig, dass der Bundesjustizminister schon jetzt alles daran setzt, dass solche Geschehnisse k\u00fcnftig verhindert werden. Unser Rechtsstaat ist nur dann schlagkr\u00e4ftig, wenn bestehende Regeln konsequent angewandt werden. Zu oft wei\u00df aber die rechte Hand nicht, was die linke tut. Dass die L\u00e4nder ihre Verwaltungsvorschriften so anpassen sollen, dass Strafverfolgungsbeh\u00f6rden die Ausl\u00e4nderbeh\u00f6rden k\u00fcnftig \u00fcber Inhaftierungen informieren m\u00fcssen, ist vern\u00fcnftig.
